Blue Sage, also called Salvia Farinacea, is a variety of sage native to the arid regions of the southwestern United States and Mexico. It is a relative of the well-known White Sage. With silvery leaves and pale blue flowers, Blue Sage has been revered for centuries by various cultures for its power to purify and protect.

With the help of a match or the flame of a candle, light the bouquet and allow the fire to burn a small part of the herbs. After about 30 seconds, blow gently to extinguish the flames, letting the smoke continue its purifying path.

We can spread the smoke throughout the different rooms, placing special emphasis on the corners and areas with the most traffic. We can also leave the bouquet on a support and enjoy its aroma, or crumble it a little and burn the pieces of Sage with the help of charcoal.
