The most awaited period for many people arrives, the holidays. After a long year of work, obligations and stress, it is normal for our body to begin to communicate to us the need we have for a good rest. 

Relax during your holidays 🌞✨

During the work period our energies are focused on everything related to work going well, being productive and performing to the maximum. That is why when the rest stage arrives, our brain continues to focus on these stimuli and often prevents us from enjoying ourselves. Not resting from the stress of routine causes a deterioration in both our physical and mental health, so it is essential to treat ourselves to time free from worries and pending tasks.

Sometimes, freeing the mind from all obligations can be difficult, so today we share some rituals that will help us relax and disconnect during our well-deserved vacation break 🌞

1. Give yourself some time

During the first few days, when we haven't yet gotten used to the more leisurely and calm rhythm of life, taking a relaxing bath will help us change the chip. Create an atmosphere of harmony and peace using the Relaxation Bath Salts, the Relaxation Stick Incense and relaxing music. Once everything is ready, immerse yourself in the water and dedicate yourself to yourself for a while, listening to what your body asks for and distancing yourself from everyday complications.

A good tool to calm emotions is writing, this can be very therapeutic to release the negative energies accumulated during the year. We propose a very simple exercise that consists of writing on a piece of paper, how we have felt, what has worried us, how we would like to feel and what we want to let go of.

Once we have captured all these sensations, we will spend some time reflecting on them before lighting the Benign Purpose Candle. Next, we will turn it on and burn the paper, let it consume and enjoy its positive vibrations that will help us release all the tension and stress that we have in our bodies.
