The importance of gratitude 🙏✨

Being grateful raises our energy and helps improve our physical and mental health. The word 'thank you' has great power, but many times we use it systematically, without being aware of what it implies and its meaning. Conscious and sincere gratitude can bring numerous benefits to our well-being, and it is also an essential part of our rituals.

The importance of gratitude 🙏✨

When we stop to think about what we are grateful for, we begin to value all the good things we have in our lives, and this automatically helps us generate happiness. When we enter this spiral of gratitude, our emotions and energies raise their vibratory frequency, and this through the Law of Attraction helps us to generate more reasons to feel grateful, and consequently, happy.

There are very basic things for which we can start to feel grateful, such as being alive , having health, a home, family, the love we receive... Starting with this, we can see that we are much luckier than we think. These thoughts will help us discover more positive aspects of our lives, reduce negative emotions, strengthen our self-esteem and make our personal relationships more solid. .

How can we apply it in our rituals?

Every time we make requests in order to achieve some purpose, we send a message that we want to be heard, and if possible, fulfilled. For the ritual to be more effective, it is important to always give thanks for being able to send that message and for being heard. This sincere gratitude will help us make the vibration much higher and more favorable for our purpose.

On the other hand, we must bear in mind that when any of the requests is fulfilled that we perform with candles or rituals, it is essential to do a small ritual of gratitude, with white candles or with a Prayer Candle of Thanks.

There are different routines we can work with to be more grateful. From Las Velas de Mariano we recommend that at the beginning or at the end of the day, that is, when waking up or before going to sleep, a prayer of thanks is made for what what we feel really grateful to have in our lives.
