Minerals, their magnetism and power

It is important to take care of our minerals as they gain importance in energy routines. Some minerals provide vitality, strength and luck, others trap bad energy from the environment, reducing its effects on us. Therefore, the first step in receiving a mineral will be to clean it and personalize it to be able to work with it in a more personal way.

To clean the minerals there are different techniques: baths with water and salt, under the light of the full moon, on the ground, with rosewood ... It is also important to do it in a space harmonized with a candle or incense, to clean the area and your own energies previously.

Once our mineral is clean, it is important to renew its energy, and for this, one option is to expose them to the light of the stars: the moon or the sun. We can also perform some energizing ritual. Each crystal is best charged according to its composition, and today we will talk about moon and solar stones.

In general, moonstones favor protection, purification and the mental, among them white opal, moonstone, amethyst, jade or black tourmaline. In contrast, solar stones have properties of strength and vitality, such as aventurine, carnelian, tiger's eye, hematite or onyx. Still, there are stones that can be considered both lunar and solar, such as malachite, aquamarine, selenite or rock crystal.

As for the solar stones, the ideal is to charge them during all the hours of sunlight, without anything getting between the mineral and the sunlight.
