The Celts were a people who lived in central and western Europe from the 8th century B.C. Until I B.C., they were known as fierce fighters, great horsemen, and people of great wisdom. Today, some cultures preserve ancient traditions.
In this culture, nature 🌳 was very important, especially they had a great connection with trees and the moon, even So much so that they created different calendars for each one of them, which they used to know when to do the rituals, harvest or sow. This can be seen reflected in the fact that today we use the magnetism of the moon to take advantage of the energies that the different lunar phases give us when making requests 👐🏻
There were several hierarchies, but the most known was the druid, a priest, sage or prophet who was in charge of studying nature in depth. Such was his knowledge, that he mixed different plants to fight diseases and predict the future ✨
Another of their legacies were the sacred symbols that they engraved on stones for different occasions, such as to attract love, protect themselves in battles... These symbols were geometric shapes intertwined with each other, with different knots, which were related to a purpose or intention. Such was the belief in these symbols that they were engraved on all kinds of tools, jewelry, shields, stones and even on their bodies. These symbols represented the origin, the values and the destination ✨ The qualities they had was that they used it to block bad energies and attract good ones, for purposes of purifying the soul, and in turn, giving them protection.
The Celts saw magic in all their surroundings, especially in what connects with nature such as forests, for this reason they engraved symbols in stones, wood and iron. The legacy they left us is the knowledge 🧠 of natural processes and the basis of alchemy, in addition to their beliefs and rituals.
