THE LEGEND OF SAINT GEORGE

Saint George, was a Christian soldier who was born in the 3rd century, was beheaded on April 23 after refusing to renounce his faith Christian. Legend has it that a dragon threatened a small town, destroying its springs and crops. The inhabitants of this, to keep the dragon away, were forced to feed it with lambs and sheep. When cattle became scarce, the offering became a person chosen at random.

On the day Saint George arrived in that land, the king's daughter was chosen for said human sacrifice. The brave soldier went to help the princess, thus killing the dragon with his great spear. A rose sprouted from his blood, which Saint George gave to the princess as a sign of his love.

RITUALS AND REQUESTS FOR APRIL 23rd

The colors associated with Saint George the Soldier are green, red and white, colors of protection, strength and purification respectively. For this reason, if you want to make any of these three requests, it is advisable to ask Saint George. Next, we explain the different rituals for next Saturday the 23rd.

For this ritual we will use a green candle or candles as the central part. With a pencil we will write our name, date of birth and the request for protection on a piece of paper. We will place the paper under the candle and we will visualize ourselves completely protected. If you have any amulet or protection mineral, place it in front of the candle to recharge its energy. To enhance this ritual you can use a Protection Purpose Stick Incense or Grain David Incense to generate an ideal atmosphere of protection. 

On a red candle, engrave your name from the wick to the base. You can use Rose Water to anoint the candle before lighting it, in this way you will enhance vibration. Once the candle is personalized, your candle, hold it in your hands and visualize how the energy and vitality reach your body. Then turn it on and let it consume completely. You can use Rose Water as a perfume for 7 days after the ritual to prolong its effect. 

Before beginning this ritual, purify your space with cleansing incense or by burning Rosewood. Draw a circle with salt around a white candle, and carve your name on it, from the base to the wick and anoint it with Purification Oil also in that order. Before turning it on, make your cleaning request as concrete as possible. Light the candle and let it burn completely.
