Positive affirmations are thoughts or beliefs that we have about life and about ourselves, these help us to have a more positive way of facing things and be more optimistic in our day to day. It is a change of mentality that gives us positive aspects to achieve our goals, since we do everything from a happier and more motivated point of view.

2 tricks to improve our environment through POSITIVE AFIRMATIONS ✨

This practice has many benefits, since by changing perceptions we improve our state of mood, our environment and surround ourselves with good vibrations. In addition, it helps us work on our self-esteem, anxiety and stress, fostering resilience, determination and emotional strength. Thanks to the positive perspective we will have a better approach to ourselves and our confidence will increase. In turn, we will be more motivated to achieve our goals and objectives. All of this will spread our positive energy around us and we will have better personal relationships.

In order to start this practice we will have to be willing to make a change of mentality, since we will have to leave behind our most negative thoughts to charge ourselves with positive vibrations. We can do it in different ways, starting with taking care of ourselves in the following ways:

  • Physically, doing sports or exercising.
  • Emotionally, acknowledging our feelings in each moment and accepting them. Meditation will help us in this process because we can be much more relaxed.
  • Mentally, doing something to work the mental exercise like reading or learning new things.
  • Seek support from our family or friends when we are down.
  • Manage our time in order to establish priorities and have a good rest time.
  • Finding a hobby that we find pleasant, will help us to disconnect and enjoy ourselves. If this is outdoors we can connect more with nature.

Another option is to manifest what we want. This is achieved by being very clear about what we want and practicing visualization, that is, imagining what we want in detail. Working on a mantra will also help us emphasize our energy and positive attitude. Likewise, we will work on the law of attraction, since we will put good things in our path and we will achieve more empowerment staff. It is important to repeat the mantra daily and especially in moments of doubt or in difficult situations, a mantra for example is "I attract the good and the positive to me".

In addition, say affirmations such as “I am going to achieve it”, “I will be”…, will help us to give strength to our desire. None of this will be possible if we do not take action, that is, we do actions that lead us to what we want to achieve, maintaining a positive mentality and working to achieve it, either in the process or looking for opportunities.
